Fun step back in time in this well appointed historic hotel in the center of it all. Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean linens, all necessary amenities, no TV so bring a book!, good heating and a tub worth experiencing. Hotel has great communication with easy no-contact instructions, and a self guided parlor museum, with artifacts of the hotel's past, informative photos and lots of books. Will definitely come back and try out different room.

Very nice boutique hotel. Guests should know that there is a substantial flight of stairs to reach the rooms. Our room was tastefully decorated.

The property was delightful. We especially loved the period-accurate decorations. While no staff was onsite, the electronic messages were very sufficient for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control was just right. The only issue with the property was the out-of-order ice machine. The mercantile and shops surrounding the property were also fun (and yummy) to visit.

This was a stunningly and lovingly decorated and maintained hotel! An absolute joy, like being in a historic museum home, and incredibly comfortable, with fabulous amenities including a snack and coffee/tea room parlor. We stayed in Room 8.

First thing you might notice, is there is no staff. They will send you multiple emails and texts which you must answer before you're given a code to enter the premises. Once inside, you're pretty much on your own, things are labeled, the place is quite tidy, and it's 165 years old. Keep in mind the age of the place, the rooms are small, the beds kinda suck, it's probably haunted, but on a cold night the gas fireplace we had was quite nice, the town itself was pretty nice, and the ghost of the little girl didn't make too much noise.

Cozy room with everything we needed. Spent hours in the parlor eating take out, playing scrabble, perusing the bookshelves and chatting with other guests as they passed through. Had a fabulous time for sure.

Check in was a bit difficult as there is no front desk person. Have to do it online and my phone wasn't working very well. We did use the phone number provided and she was patient and was able to help us get into our room. Once we got into the room we noticed there is not TV. However, it seemed to go well with the theme of the place. Lots of old looking furniture, very quaint. Beds and pillows were comfortable. No elevator, so if you have a hard time with stairs be aware of this.

Such a great and adorable hotel that I have every intention of staying at again. The rocking chair, the claw foot tube, the fireplace, I absolutely LOVED this room. The parlor room had so many great things to look at. I only wish I had more time to explore it more.

Beautiful historical property. Weaverville is a gem and make sure you try the ice cream and rocking chairs across the street. So glad we stayed here.
