The check in process was very smooth and communicated well which isn't always the case with these virtual check in properties. The gym and pool on site were excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us to get to all parts of the city without being right next to 6th street which we didn't want.

For the price, id book a hotel nearby instead and much better check in times than the absurd 4pm check in and the cheap memory foam mattress. The property was clean and while there is a kitchen, there isn’t a table nor a chair.

The concierge was super helpful and greeted us with a friendly attitude. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and nicely stocked with everything needed for our stay. It was about a block away from the Moody Amphitheater which made for a short walk to see a show at the venue. There are plenty of other entertainment and dining options within walking distance as well. The only issue we experienced was that the bed was a memory foam mattress of sorts which was a little stiff for our comfort. Also, there are no black out shades in the bedroom. Other than that, we would stay here again for the convenient location and available parking option which was an additional fee of $40.

Very nice place to stay, super clean and excellent service. Within walking distance to clubs, dining and The Moody Center. The top floor is a very nice setup for working online privately or just hanging out . There are several offices available to anyone needing that service.

Absolutely wonderful facilities, great price. Staff was VERY friendly and were flexible. Amenities are top-notch, better than many hotels. If I were to come to Austin again, this is definitely the hotel I'm checking back into. Highly, highly recommended.
