Wow, stellar hotel. Fantastic staff, wonderful room (for 3 people) and great location.

The room was exceptionally clean, and there was a lot of space which was nice. The complementary breakfast was perfect. But most of all the staff were extremely lovely. They helped us find some niche shops nearby. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Osaka.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was in a great location and the room was a good size and very clean. We would happily stay there again! The only downsides for me were lack of storage for clothes and the concrete floor in the room

Location excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Near to Umeda station also a big plus point. Only serves bread during breakfast but they are delicious.

Hotel was really great. Staff were lovely and helpful. We might opt for a bigger room when we visit again for a longer stay in two weeks time.

A very nice hotel with generously sized rooms and good service. Clean and fresh in the room and in the common areas. We appreciated that both breakfast in the morning and drinks throughout the day were included.

Great location and room. It’s a bit noisy outside, but after long days exploring, I managed to fall asleep easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Tones Osaka!

We booked two rooms and both were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast was simple; pastry, selection of juices, and a good coffee.

Excellent hotel, superb location steps away from Osaka Station. Our room was 805, a spacious room featuring a small double and two single Beds, a sofa, shower room with bath and shower, separate sink, and separate wc. Very stylish contemporary design with exposed concrete. Hallways were very sleek, boutique vibe. The staff we met were very warm, friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a selection of breads and pastries with quality coffee and fresh juices. Would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
