From the beginning...meeting a sitting front desk staff to check in i was informed there were additional $35 in fees on top of what I already paid to hotels.com...asked why and she said it is for the free breakfast and parking and such. I pointed out on the page. It said free buffet breakfast and free parking...she said she doesn't control what hotels.com states??? I thought it was $35 per night which later i found out that it was their fee of $15.99 plus tax per night! The front desk person didn't speak good English but was rude on top of it!
In morning I was expecting a buffet breakfast to find out only waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal...any breakfast protein they would make for additional charges! SMH!
It also said it had a restaurant/bar/lounge. Far from it!! Noone there...very misleading!
Staff also rude...getting out of elevator staff wanted in before anyone got out...no excuse me or sorry! Others also not friendly!
Sound also an issue...heard every step and noise from above and hallway!
I could go on but needless to say we will never stay at this property again...not worth it!!!!
