The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The staff always ready to help. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The Hammam massage was brilliant at the spa. Don’t get to see the gym as there were building works taking place. The outdoor lounge and pool area was nice to chill and order food and drinks. Only thing I needed was more of a breakfast selection

We were practically ignored at check inn. No welcome drink, no information passed about the facilities. Bags searched by security upon entering hotel. Security marched me to reception and spoke to 3 staff members in local language making me feel like a criminal for bringing a bottle of coke into the hotel. Every time i tried to order something from room service ie 20 pound bottle of wine, the phone would ring 10 mins later saying out of stock but we can have the 40 pound bottle instead. Signs outside hotel telling you you are not allowed to bring any food or alcohol back to your room. This was not advertised anywhere on Hotel.com website or if it was i would never have booked. I will never use Hotels.com again and will book through a travel agent in future.

Quand il y a un soucis et qu’on veut écourter le séjour il dise de voir directement avec la resa internet alors que la resa en ligne dise de voir avec eux …

Om man är tre personer så ska man ha tre badhanddukar färdiga i rummet. Samma sak med extra säng, den ska vara iordningställd när man checkar in.
Frukosten var bara kaos. Knappt tallrikar och glas som räckte. Bestick och papper fick man leta efter.

Hotel Prestige Agadir kunne være så tæt på at levere drømmeferien. Hotellets fællesarealer er overvældende smukke og beliggenheden perfekt. Men desværre halter det gevaldigt med serviceniveauet. Der var ingen varme på værelset, og på trods af at vi havde bedt om at få det ordnet adskillige gange, så blev det aldrig løst. Det var derfor ikke hyggeligt at opholde sig på værelset. Vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse, men heller ikke her virkede varmen. På begge værelser var det heller ikke muligt at lukke terrassedøren, hvilket ikke var betryggende.
Derudover var poolbaren ubemandet under hele opholdet, hvilket gjorde det besværligt at bestille drikkevarer. Flere gange måtte vi helt ned i receptionen for at bestille.
Desuden var der flere andre detaljer såsom manglende servietter til at tørre hænder i på fælles toiletter. Alt i alt forhold, der bare skal være i orden på et femstjernet hotel. Og så er det uhyre vigtigt, at man som gæst bliver lyttet til og at receptionen ikke lover at løse noget, som de så ikke efterfølgende løser. Varme på værelset i februar måned er et minimum.

The hotel grounds were well kept, with plenty amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. We did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. Where it fell down for us was the room. It was big, spacious and had the potential to be 5 star. Unfortunately it was cold and damp with mildew on the ceiling. No aircon or heating. The toilet was leaking and the tiled floor throughout made it very cold. We could hear our neighbours talking and closing doors like they were in our room! And we were backed with the car park to some noisy cars and people coming home late at night.
It does not compare to the pictures online and fell short of our expectations for a 5 star hotel stay to celebrate a birthday.

Servicios limitados por un 5 estrellas, no hay teléfono en las habitaciones, no hay vasos para lavarse los dientes. El baño con las duchas sin separación con el inodoro y el lavabo inondas todo el suelo poco cómodo… En las partes commune limpieza aleatoria.
Algo ruidoso según habitaciones. El personal muy amable y a la escucha de tus quejas.

Le petit déjeuner était bon mais avec peu peu de choix. Nous avions droit à une bouteille d eau pour le séjour, après s’il fallait payer 30 dirhams par bouteille
L hotel nous a oblige a prendre un repas de réveillon a 130€/adulte pour un repas equivalent a un restaurant de 30€. Le repas indiquait des st Jacques qui n ont pas été servies comme une partie du reste du menu. Le repas a été servi a 23h40 du soir
La piscine interieure et la salle de sport étaient HS
Le personnel était tres désagréable
C est dommage car l hôtel est vrai beau

Cet hôtel est inacceptable tant dans la qualité de l’accueil que dans le service. Nous avions réservé deux suites et nous en avons eu qu’une à l’arrivée car l’hôtel était temps sur Booking
Et encore, nous avons eu de la chance, car une dizaine de familles ont dû repartir dans Agadir, alors que tout était complet
L’hôtel impose de payer un dîner de gala à plus de 500 € pour une famille, alors que ceci n’était pas noté dans les conditions tarifaires.
Le diner était HORRIBLE, FROID et MAUVAIS, et servi à 23h00 !!! Les noix de St-Jacques étaient manquantes et le fromage industriel.
Lorsque vous tentez de négocier quoi que ce soit, ils deviennent très agressifs et vous insulte, on ne trouvant aucune solution.
Nous n’avons jamais été traités comme ça au Maroc, pays que nous connaissons très bien
Lorsque nous avons commencé à montrer notre mécontentement, ils nous ont coupé l’électricité des chambres et nous ont insulté dans le lobby
Le descriptif est totalement mensonger avec une piscine d’intérieur qui est fermé et un spa de qualité qui est médiocre, un hammam inexistant et une salle de sport en travaux. Seul, le restaurant est de qualité avec des frais et bien cuisinés.
Le linge n’est pas frais, Nous avons pris un massage de une heure qui a duré 45 minutes et lorsqu’on en fait la remarque, on se fait insulter
Il y a tous les jours à la réception, une dizaine de personnes qui hurlent car ils sont mécontents

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!
