Where to start. The lobby is very nice, the staff is nice as well. The room on the other hand was a bit out dated and needed some touch up paint. The beds were very hard. The bathroom was suppose to have shampoo and body wash filled containers in the shower, they were empty. We went to Walmart to pick up some forgotten items, bought shampoo and body wash.
On day three, our room should have been cleaned, my wife spoke to a cleaning person, who seemed to be in charge, she was told the room should be cleaned in a little while. The other cleaning person was two doors away, so one would think that the room would have been cleaned, wrong! There could have been a language barrier problem.
The facility had a pool and hot tub. We walked in and the only thing I could smell was Chlorine. The room had eight lights along the two walls, only five worked. It looked like they remodeled around the windows but forgot to repaint the area. There was no clock in the pool area either. The pool towels ran out, my wife went to the front desk to ask for more, the nice gentleman said he would bring some. The nice gentleman did bring six bath towels, not pool towels, which means they probably did not have any clean pool towels. I really did try to like this place, it mainly had construction workers .
The free continental breakfast was interesting, one person worked it and it was mostly taken care of. The bread was super dry, your toast came out like a brick. The scrabbled eggs that come in the bag ok.
