My stay was part of a 2-week business/family trip, so this review mixed some recognitions (wins), opportunities for improvement and needs immediate improvement.
Recognition-Wins:
âąStaff were friendly at all times and allowed me to check in early.
âąAlways checked in on us to ensure that we had everything we needed and was willing to accommodate when/if asked.
Opportunities for improvement:
âąOn 6/1, My wife asked the day shift front desk clerk for the complimentary bottles of water that Hilton provides its Rewards Members and she was told that âthey donât do that at this locationâ and charged the bottle of water to the room, I spoke with the evening shift front desk clerk regarding this and he stated that that information was incorrect so he removed the fee from my room charge.
âąCorrective action recommended: Retrain the entire staff on the Hilton rewards policy.
Needs immediate improvement:
âąSite breakfast was horrible each time we ate at the hotel!!
Recommendation-Rotate your entrees periodically as most of your breakfast sandwiches were extremely hard and had to be split up or separated to eat them.
âąAutomatic Blinds were inoperable twice, we contacted the front desk to resolve the issue but the maintenance personnel could not fix the issue until the next day.
Recommendation-Implement routine maintenance, and check the functionality of your automated blinds in all the rooms and replaced the batteries as needed.
I will be sending this to Hilton Corporate office as well.
