Je pars regulierement en voyage, et c'est la 1ere fois que je donne un avis negatif, mais vraiment n'y allez pas, nourriture perimee, changement de chambre 3 fois en 4 nuits, le directeur de l'hotel refuse de vous voir, il engueule son personnel devant nous (alors qu'eux ils font tout pour arranger les choses), personne a l'acceuil ... Bref prenez n'importe quel hotel mais pas celui-ci !
+ Hotel with specious rooms and little terrasse. Clean and big bed. 5-10minutes by walk from the 2 main sides of the island.(where are the restaurants, bars, club, beaches etc...)
- Flush toilets wasn't working. Staff speaks very bad English !! Noisy fridge so I had to unplug it at night. TV was not working. Many ants in my room. Dirty and stinky paths around the hotel. Wifi was not working all the time.
Price are bit high for the condition of the room. Dirty, smelly, and a lot of insect. After we came back from exploring the island, we saw a big cockroach running out from the bed. We really want to leave but we already pay and it non refundable and all the hotel on the island is booked so we just have to deal with the situation. It was horrible experience
The room wasnât clean, the floor was sticky, I stayed two night and in both of them I had to kill cockroaches in my room, the electronic lock didnât work properly, I had to stay several minutes in front of my door waiting for it to work EVERY SINGLE TIME. Reception was left unattended multiple times when I need to reach for help. I wouldnât recommend this place!
The room we booked does not exist and Hotels.com will not take responsibility. My husband and I booked a deluxe villa for our honeymoon but upon arriving were told these were under construction. We were given a much smaller room with no windows. We were moved to two other rooms with broken AC and horrendously dirty bathrooms. Hotels.com have claimed they cannot get in touch with the hotel and therefore will not give us a refund. They clearly trust their hotels over their customers. Considering the hotel and Hotels.com are both at fault for advertising a room that doesnât exist, we are shocked at their dismissal. We have been loyal customers for years and feel we have seen where their true priorities lie â with their hotels, allowing them to ignore calls and not take accountability for terrible service. The money back would mean a whole lot more to us than to a corporate like Hotels.com. Even accepting the refund as One Key Cash which essentially funnels back into their pocket was not offered. Hotels.com do not care about their customers.
Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem ist man schnell im Trubel. Leider liegt hinter dem Pool doch reichlich MĂŒll rum. Vielleicht könnte man dort mal aufrĂ€umen. Sonst war eigentlich alles gut.
Das Hotel ist innerhalb einer schönen grĂŒnen natĂŒrlichen Umgebung mit einem groĂartigem und extrem sauberen Pool. Wir waren im ânew wingâ und fanden das Preis-Leistungs VerhĂ€ltnis super. Es gibt immer Kaffee for free und der Pool ist 24/7 nutzbar. Wir fanden es super das es nicht direkt mitten in der quirligen Innenstadt ist - sondern in einer Nebengasse von der man dennoch in 5 min im Geschehen ist. Man hat auch einen schnellen Weg zum Strand. Das Personal ist super lieb und das Pony Nam Tan mehr als sĂŒĂ. Einzig das Badezimmer könnte etwas Reparatur am Waschbecken benötigen und minimale Verdichtungsarbeiten in der Dusche - nur Kleinigkeiten die sicherlich auf dem Schirm sind. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freuen uns auf das nĂ€chste Mal :)
