Our room was to be smoke free.
The person in the room next to us smoked.
We were up all night with the smell of cigarette smoke.
Our clothes smelled of smoke.

The property really needs some serious updating. There were two stoves one electric and one gas. The kitchen smelled like gas all the time. The pots and pans desperately need to be replaced. They were worn out no semblance of shine at all.
The billiard cues were all missing the tips. They were nice to replace them but within a few minutes of play they lost the tips again. There was no chalk available either. The barbecue was very dirty when we used it.
The only nice thing was our neighbor’s music. He played the saxophone beautifully and it turns out he works there. He was very nice and friendly when we checked out.

Easy to find and was relatively quiet. The room was clean. It wasn't big, but fit our needs fine.

Wonderfull location with the cabin situated about 300 yards off the high way. Front view is excellent on a huge ranch, breathing in very fresh air. Nice setting inside with wild west decoration, cowboy style all the way. Quite and restful night stay. Will stay here again next time.

Nice place for sure. We stayed 5 nights. The only noise was the vehicles on the highway. Nice staff m clean place, fairly well stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, some pans, but the cooking area is very small. We also did a fly fishing excursion and the guide was really kind and helpful.

The cabins were clean enough - no big complaints. We got in at 8:30pm & left at 6am so no staff - can’t speak about the personnel. Nice little cabin & the region is beautiful of course!

We were looking for a quiet cheap place so we didn’t expect anything special, however the WiFi didn’t work, the bed was uncomfortable and the toilet leaked. When we reported the leaking toilet they never got back to us or repaired it or offered compensation on checkout.
