The room was fine, though not what I thought I was getting when I booked. The interaction I had with staff was helpful. Considering the options around parking at $35 per night is over the top, they could be looking after their guests a bit better. On the whole it met my needs though I may look at other options next time.

Lovely cost affective room with friendly staff. Needed a pit scrubber to clean oven dish and also a sharp knife to cut vegetables apart from that was excellent to stay at VR Queen St

We stayed for only one night, but everything was clean and the staff was nice. The parking garage is a little challenging to get into/out of, but not a problem, and it was quite secure. Good food nearby.
