Terrible policy
We made reservations for two nights. For reasons beyond our control, we were not able to make it to the hotel on the first night. I called the hotel to let them know that we couldn't make it that night but that we still needed the room for the second night. We were informed that if we didn't check in on the first night, the second night would be cancelled. We had prepaid and did not chose to protect our stay so we knew we were not going to get any money back. That is acceptable because those were the reservations I made. I was informed they could make a new reservation for additional money. I was very unhappy that I paid for 2 nights and would not be provided what was paid for. We had this happen previously with a different Holiday Inn in Oklahoma and they were fine with us showing up on the second night (again, prepaid for 2 nights) Terrible policy at this Holiday Inn in Killeen, TX.
