Advertised as kitchenettes, but thereâs no dishes when I asked the front desk clerk why he said it was because of Covid. I went and bought a few groceries so I had to go get plates, bowls, and glasses for drinks because there was none. The kitchen lights did not work. The lights above the bed did not work. There was no working coffee pot in the room and my room flooded. I woke up to an inch water everywhere I went to the front desk to let them know and all she said was here put these towels down. Iâll get maintenance maintenance never showed up when I got back from work the next evening, the towels were still there and had anyone come in my room to check on anything.
The bathroom had black mold and the shower handle fell off in my hand and had black mold behind it . The sugar and spoon packet they had for your coffee had mold in it . There was no wash cloths and the ones they brought us looked they used them for grease rags to work on their car . The coffee pot was broke and the one they brought to replace it was also broke . The last few times we have went through Expedia the motels have been horrible dirty .
After paying for the room online we were forced to pay a deposit upon arrival.. no where in the website did it state to pay a deposit.
The tv did not work the showers did not work the front desk was rude and unprofessional
My room was roach infested and dirty. I killed at least 6 roaches within the first hour of being in the room. The office phone did not work due to being pulled out of the wall. The kitchenette has no microwave . My shower water was so hot i couldnât stay in for long. Everything in that room was dirty. Towels had stains and so did the blankets. Mind you at check in, the staff said â I went to the room to make sure everything was working and clean.â Thereâs no way that was true. The photos are definitely not the reality.
Nice place. 2 negative things. Price was awful $100 per night pluss $10 a night for pet. Its decent place but not worth that much and my ac leaked all over floor and they never fixed it. Ither than that overall stay was good.
Room was filthy. Blood on walls, floors filthy, not swept or mopped. Furniture was broken. Had hair between sheets. Smelled terrible. Curtains only hanging on by 4 curtian clips. Did nothing to block light. Wished id taken photos to warn others.
Showed up and was told there was no reservation for me and everything was booked. Contacted hotels.com and they verified with hotel that the manager canceled my reservation without reason. I believe this is shady business and should be removed from hotels.com services!
At check in they told me it would be a $50 incidental fee witch is normal except they told me it had to be cash. After a little fustration i gave them cash for the incidental fee since i already booked the room for 2 nights and waant refundable, I then ask for a receipt for the cash deposit and they wouldnt give me one and asured me as long as there wasnt any problems i would get it back when i checked out that all i had to do was come to the front desk and they would go look at the room and if everthing was fine i would get my money back. Apom checking out at 530 am i had to call and wake up the manager to go check my room and to give me my cash deposit back.
There was a big bug on the floor like a water bug the towels were dingy and needed to be replaced none of them were white the floor was filthy the room looked nothing like the pictures a bed can use more then two pillows for comfort and the bedding was horrible no one wants to lay under hard blankets
