The staff was very friendly and the hotel was always clean. Our room was updated since our last stay. The included breakfast was fantastic. The dining staff made sure the coffee pot was always full and the entrees were always available.
The shower floor was gross and brown, making me feel like the rest of the room wasn't sanitary... The staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them or that our questions were dumb. Just wasn't good vibes.
The room was always cold. The heat didn't work! Needed a key card to keep the lights on which was annoying. The breakfast wasn't very good. The coffee was gross!
Our bathroom floor was filthy.
There was enough dust on the TV stand that we wrote "hi" in it.
Our dishwasher was not emptied...not a big deal...but I think between that and the bathroom and the dust it appeared that the room didn't receive proper attention.
Like - Friendly staff, pool and jacuzzi were great, parking is very convenient, clean bed sheets.
Dislike - The main lobby was in construction, messy aisle carpet. Limited breakfast menu.

The property is going through some renovations and the room we were given was an upgrade. However, the new automatic blinds did not work and the shower was malfunctioning. It had the extended attachment in there and that did not work. The shower was extremely difficult to activate as the button that had to be pushed kept popping up and disengaging the shower, redirecting the water through the bathtub faucet. The facility is very nice still, and the staff are friendly and professional. They do try their best to accommodate you for sure. Perhaps the small inconveniences we experienced are only temporary due to the facility renovations.
The room was nice and clean. The set up was also good. Staffing however wasn't too tentative. We weren't offer bottle water until I asked and I was giving 1 bottle, when we had 3 people staying there 2 nights. I would think with that price of hotel, we would each get a free bottle of water each night.
We rented 1 king room with pullout for 3 people and was thinking the staff would help setting up the pullout, but nothing. We did it ourselves. I mean we could do it but the hotel would get 5 stars for little stuff like this.
Hotel was also under renovation so there were hours of noise. I don't blame renovation but since there was some inconvenience for the guests, a little extra attention would made up the difference.
Overall, not a major issue but just to say that service was literally just OK.
I have a very mixed review to leave.
On one hand, the staff did their best to help us upgrade to a larger room so we could be more comfortable. I appreciated that. On the other hand, when we got to our room, there were filthy food, encrusted dishes in the cupboards and hairs in the shower and oven was dirty. The rest of the room, though was gorgeous and clean when I called the front desk to let them know the employee acted like he could not care less. That was frustrating, because I made it clear that there were good things about the room and we appreciated it but dirty dishes were over the top. Then, at the end of our day, we had been told we could have a late check out. When our room key quit working, my husband went to the desk and asked why. They then said that we could not have our late check out as promised after all because they needed to clean the room. What a mess. That really put us in a bind and changed my whole view of this hotel. I will not stay here again and I am not interested in using Hotels.com either. I think they donât give a rap if you book through a big booking company. Iâve been a Bonvoy member for years and I think if I had booked through them. I wouldâve gotten better service.
