It was lovely! Great room, beautiful bathroom, very cozy. Only wish that there was a mini fridge in the suite for left over food from the delicious restaurants in the area.
This place was awesome!
It only has 4 rooms so it was super quiet. As a matter of fact, Iâm pretty sure I was the only one in the hotel the first night.
I had to call to get access to the hotel and then my room as there isnât a front desk. But that was my fault for deleting an email that had that information in it. The lady was super helpful and made access very easy and quick.
She also let me know that there was a room downstairs that had snacks and drinks (soda, water etc) and to just help myself. That was a really cool touch.
And as far as access to local amenities, it was literally two blocks away from downtown.
If I need to be in Monroe, GA for any reason at all, this is where I will stay!
We really enjoyed our 2-night stay. Quaint, well-restored 1890 home with 4 units. Our suite had a nice bedroom, sitting area and modern bath. We were in town for a wedding and this site was very convenient to the wedding venue and downtown Monroe. We met the owners who were very cordial and accommodating. My only negative was the lack of a large screen TV for viewing football.
