This place has gone downhill considerably over the last couple years. The staff are not clean. The front desk guy has looked disheveled and honestly dirty the last three times I have stayed here. I tried to have breakfast this morning and the guy cooking took a rag that I just watched him wipe the counter down with and wipe off a plate before he put eggs and bacon on it to serve. When I told the manager, he informed me that he would look into and would call me about this later today. I never heard anything from him. For $200 a night, you would hope that they would at least try to live up to Hilton standards. This place is terrible now. It used to be a nice place to stay.
The floor we stayed on had a horrible sewage smell our whole stay. Once we got to our room the bathroom was dirty and we didnât have towels. We tried calling but the phone had no dial tone, so we used our cell phone. After being on hold for 15 minutes we hung up and called back, once we spoke to the lady she said she would âwrite in on a piece of paper and give it to housekeepingâ. We never got the towels⊠ended up having to walk down stairs to the from the next day.
Weâve stayed at every hotel in this area. We will always come back to this Hilton Gardens. Great pillows. Great breakfast. Shower was wonderful!
Only issue this time, was hard bed and rough sheets.
