I checked in on Thursday afternoon by didnât got to my room. I arrived at hotel at 9:45pm, desk closes at 10, my key didnât work, got new key got in fine this time, once in room discovered my TV wouldnât move off channel. Reported TV in am, came back at around three, again key wouldnât work and no change on TV. I left again sound 4:30 when I returned 9:30 keys didnât work got new keys but TV still not working. I also had called Friday morning to register my dog and authorize payment for her on my card. Got back late about 9:45 keys wouldnât work, desk clerk then started telling me I couldnât have my 8 pound dog, I explained no I registered her this morning she was petrified of my dog but kept telling me I couldnât have my dog I said no sheâs registered go look and I went to my room. TV still not working properly, still same channel. I gave up and let them know TV doesnât work properly and I would appreciate a discount for the inconvenience she said she didnât have power to do that. I worked in hotel for over 27 years 21 as a GM, EVERY DESK CLERK, should know how to fix a TV and have authority to give a discount. All she said was Iâm sorry.
Very poor management if you canât trust your staff to do whatâs right. No maintenance man apparently and again said no excuse front desk staff needs to know how to handle these situations.
Wonât go back wonât recommend, in fact I will actively tell people not to stay there.
