Check in was a bit slow. After waiting, I rung the counter bell once. No answer. I could here kids laughter in the background. Ring again. Answer, will be right with you. More waiting. Finally, someone comes in lobby door. I filled out pre-checkin forms and pre-paid. Still a bunch of questions and request for credit card? Finally... Was courteous, just tedious.
The room was clean and adiquite but service was great as for the maid service. Couple doors down a construction crew would get off work and play loud Mexican music for a little while though.
We wanted a non-smoking room. I signed a rental disclosure stating I would not smoke in this room. The room smelled like smoke and there were covers and sheets with cigarette burns on it. Not a good start. The floors had residue and needed to be swept.
Fridge did not work, had old food in it. When i called the front desk she unconcerned and told me to rotate it. No coffee pot but had the coffee filters and coffee for it. It was dirty. When i asked her if i can go to the same room i was in last time she said someone had that one already but that one was by me and i went and looked and it was empty. Very poor service and i will not be back. To many better places to stay at the same or close to the same price.
