Our overall experience was good. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a decent breakfast offered, in the lobby. The only issue we had was that, the walls are paper thin. There were children jumping up and down in the room above us. That did stop however, after we contacted the front desk. The neighbor to the side of us was a loud snorer and we did experience hearing that as well.
The bright spot was the employee that i first spoke with, named Ketzia. She was kind, friendly and allowed an early check-in.
However, when i went up the stairs(no elevator), the room had a string deodorizer smell, that made me feel sick. I was hungry and exhausted, and wanted to stay, so i looked around and then sat on a desk chair, but could not find the cause, and couldnât bear it. I went back to front desk and said I canât stay even one night, of the 3 I had reserved.I ended up with s mugraine headache for hiurs.
We had a pet friendly room as we travel with our dog. We didn't expect luxurious accommodations, but also did not expect the experience to be like that of a lower standard motel. The room was clean, cold and musty. We found mosquitos in the shower, spiders on the ceiling in the room, and woke a box of fresh baked donuts left on the counter covered in ants. Towels were stiff and non drying. The room darkening curtain covered the wall unit heater with no way to move it from in front of the vents.. Advised the morning desk staff of the issues which was received in a very nonchalant attitude saying, "We will add it to the list for the maintenance guy to look at." We will not be back.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet. There were some "mobile" housing challenged people on the street nearby, that is something that is unfortunately becoming widespread and impossible to control.
