This property is not as nice as other Hilton Garden Inn properties. Front desk service was incredibly inconsistent depending who was staffing as far as information provided and extra charges on the account. To their credit, AC was leaking in the room and they did switch us to another room immediately. The rooms were clean, but overall the property needs a renovation.
Front desk staff was fantastic, from check in to check out. Very personable and accommodating. Location was good, walking distance to restaurants, great location to walk to the sports arenas. food at The Revel (restaurant in the hotel) was decent but the bartending staff (multiple people) were openly rude and condescending.
Everything was great except the one working elevator broke on our first night. We had to walk down 9 flights of stairs. The staff was very helpful and let us use the freight elevator to go up.
Had a really pleasant stay here. I love how spacious and clean my room was. Location wasnât too bad. Close to the bus stop that takes you to the airport and not too far a walk from PPG Paints Arena where I went to a couple of concerts. So it was very convenient for me.
My only issue was that only one of the 2 elevators was working. Fortunately the elevator wait wasnât too long. Other than that I feel everything else was fine. Would stay here again.
Chose the hotel for its location. Only 1 elevator worked during my stay. Housekeeping was supposed to do every other day but we called on 3rd day and room was serviced.
Room was quiet.. hotel quiet even though booked full.
