Horrible
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed reservation for several weeks, no room was actually ready or available upon arrival. To make matters worse, we had to wait more than half an hour just to check in, even though we arrived late in the evening.
The reception was cold, unprofessional, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, offering no real solutions. The rooms we were eventually given did not match what we had booked: poorly maintained, not very clean, and far from the standard advertised.
For a hotel that claims to offer a “Nordic” and welcoming atmosphere, the experience was the complete opposite: disorganized service, lack of customer care, and an overall impression of neglect.
A very disappointing stay — avoid this place if you expect comfort, reliability, or even basic quality service.
