I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this extended stay hotel that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving at 2 pm after a grueling 16-hour drive, I was told that my room would not be ready, despite calling ahead to check for the possibility of early check-in. I had paid in advance for the room, yet I was repeatedly told that it could be midnight before my room would be ready, with no clear explanation.
What made this experience even worse was the treatment I received from the general manager. While I was left waiting outside with my family for hours, I noticed that guests of different nationalities were allowed to check in with no issues, which raised questions about whether I was being treated differently. The manager’s rude demeanor only added to the frustration, as I felt completely disregarded and disrespected.
Despite my patience, it wasn’t until I called the corporate office and escalated the issue that the situation was resolved. It took almost four hours, and we finally received our room at nearly 6 pm. I can't help but feel that the manager’s actions were discriminatory, and the lack of care shown towards me and my family was unacceptable. I had hoped for a relaxing stop after such a long journey, but this experience left me feeling completely unwelcome and mistreated. I strongly advise potential guests to be cautious when considering this property.
