Upon using the jetted tub...a hairball came out of one of the jets...there was paper hearts from someone there previously and there were wrappers from sweets under the recliner that we moved forward to sit in.
Greeted politely. Room was clean and comfortable. Daily service. For a small town hotel I was treated like a real person and not a number. I was greeted with a smile evertime I entered
I was not expecting to stay in a home town place. I was hoping for a Hampton Inn or the like, but choices were limited. The Inn was cute and well decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was provided, which surprised me, but it came in useful. The parking lot was well lit with motion activated lights. Shenandoah is small, but could be a cute getaway for some.
They were extremely accommodating given husband's physical disabilities.
A toaster, bread, and instant packets of oatmeal added to the breakfast bar would be wonderful now that cooler weather is here.
Hotel is newer and rooms including beds were nice. Breakfast was limited on warm items to just pancakes (no eggs or sausage or oatmeal), but was ok. Heard a little noise from the room in floor above. Very friendly staff.
