The staff does not make you aware that if ANYTHING is left on your bed, including a personal pillow, they will refuse to clean your room. I understand the argument of liability, but this needs to be made aware to the guest PRIOR or AT checkin.
It was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk at 9pm on Jan 21 was amazing. He went above and beyond customer service. We had called down on our room phone to ask a question and we could hear him but our phone was not working in the room. We attempted this twice. 2 min later he was at our door wanting to know if everything was ok. I was shocked that someone would take the time to do this. He is wonderful. The breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and everything
Everything was nice⊠except the rooms being cleaned every other day. We stayed 5 days and my room was only cleaned once.
Kitchen staff was great and Mars was pleasant as well.
Seemed newer and a more high end Hampton Inn unlike a lot Iâve stayed in. Bed good etc. No complaint except hot water in shower never got really hot - just barely warm.
Very accommodating. My husband and I were traveling across the country with our dog. Our stay was great! Breakfast was very nice. Will try and stay again next time we come through Hattiesburg.
We had an amazing stay! Highly recommend for families! So welcoming and the staff was incredible. We stayed durning the holidays and it was decorated with such fun.
