A Quiet Hidden Gem
We loved our stay at the Tiki Tiki.
If you’re looking for a calm stylish hotel, this is it.
We loved relaxing by the pool as well as exploring the area on rental bicycles arranged by the hotel.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff was friendly and with it being a boutique hotel, you become familiar with their friendly faces.
The room was everything shown online and comfortable. Well kept landscaping which enhances the ambiance and experience for the guest. Clean and maintained daily by the great staff.

My stay at Tiki Tiki Tulum Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The property is absolutely stunning — every detail feels intentional and inviting, from the beautiful design to the serene surroundings. My room was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable, with everything I could possibly need.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Julie, Naomi, and Rosa were all so warm, welcoming, and attentive — they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Additionally, Juan Pablo, Maria (Divine Mother), and the entire Tierra team were incredible. You can truly feel how much everyone cares about their guests.
I have no complaints whatsoever and would stay here again and again without hesitation. Tiki Tiki captures everything that makes Tulum special — relaxing, stylish, and full of heart. I’m so grateful for every connection made during this trip and already looking forward to future stays!

Love the hotel and the staff. Great to walk next door to their sister hotel, holistika, to use their services. My only issue was that it’s not walkable to many restaurants, but it’s easy tobike or scooter; we just didn’t have that option because we were traveling with a five-year-old. I wish Tiki Tiki had its own restaurant.
I would definitely recommend this property if you want peace and quiet, great people and a beautiful and peaceful pool. It’s a hidden gem and every guest we met there was lovely.

Lovely property. I was a female traveling alone and felt very safe here. The infinity pool is gorgeous, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was giant. The windows looked out onto private jungle and had excellent room-darkening shades for sleeping in. This is near the Holistika campus but much less expensive. It was a gem.

Tropical oasis away from the noise of Tulum.
This was our favorite hotel during our Yucatán trip. Tiki tiki is a beautiful place to escape the noise and crowds of Tulum with only very few rooms. The pool area is also very quiet and staff is lovely. Despite being outside the city center there are many restaurant options nearby. We’d definitely come back.

Such a delightful boutique hotel with INCREDIBLE staff! We booked two different hotels for our vacation to Tulum and I wish we stayed at Tiki Tiki the entire time. The rooms are beautifully designed, the pool is perfect, and you are surrounded by the jungle. We'd regularly see parrots, toucans, and tropical birds! I appreciate that it felt like a retreat as soon as you entered the property. There were lots of delicious restaurants and cafes to walk to as well.

Lovely Gem of a Boutique Hotel
This lovely gem of a boutique hotel is absolutely wonderful and if I ever stay in Tulum again, this is the place I will return to. The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for requests. The common areas were beautiful, serene, and relaxing. The drinks were wonderful and the rooms were perfect. It was also just next door to Holistika, and the hotel had an agreement for discounted yoga and other wellness classes at Holistika. I absolutely would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in town. It's perfect.

Great location, very clean rooms, friendly staff, located in La Valeta inside the jungle. Holistika is right next door if you’d like to use their stuff and even have a free yoga class courtesy of staying at Tiki Tiki. Pool was good, plenty of hammocks to lie around. You can rent a mopet at the hotel which I recommend if you are planning to go to beach area frequently. Breakfast was good but would like some protein (egg, sausage etc).

The Hotel Tiki Tiki is a gorgeous absolutely beautiful retreat so quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I plan to return on my next trip to Tulum. It is located in a residential neighborhood with beautiful trees and vegetation. A close walk or drive to downtown with restaurants and shopping. No noise of any traffic or city businesses. The staff really make this place special. Thank you Julie, Samantha, and Santiago! It was an incredible experience. This hotel is a gem just perfect I loved it!
