They stole my jacket had me come back and forth to get it but I never got it was oh we don't have the keys or the head house keeper is not here for like a month an they stole it when I realized it was left I called them immediately an they said they put it up but we're is it.. I got that jacket for my birthday from my brother who passed away.. I can't believe they did this.
I enjoy staying at the EZ 8 Motel Old Town. Recently I regreted booking a 2 bed nonsmoking room because I mostly book 2 beds, smoking. The good thing about the 2-bed nonsmoking was that it offers more towels which makes it "superior." However, as much as I stay at the EZ 8, I had never ran into a problem with the television input and in this aspect, the EZ 8 is backwards: they do not offer in-room pay-per-view movies but they also do not allow the guest to change between television inputs. So if you want to watch a movie on Netflix or Prime or whatever using an HDMI, do not book the 2 bed nonsmoking "superior" and stick with the "traditional" smoking rooms. In my professional experience in the industry, most hotels/motels are integrating as part of their amenities the casting from a mobile device to their smart televisions. So it was surprising to learn that EZ 8s policy is against this industry trend. The staff worked with my concern and accommodated my stay which was a relief. I'd like to give a special shout out to Shonna who always has a smile on her face as she begins to recognize me when I come to check-in/out.
The bedsheets were clean. The bed ok. The rest of of the room was gross. Well the walls and ceiling had new paint. But rust, worn furniture and broken a/c.
Reserved 2 rooms, 1 for my daughter and daughter in law and the other room for myself, husband and 2 younger kids. We were to pay for the rooms when we checked in. My card on file was charged early in morning the day we were going to check in. That wasnât so much of the issue because I was going to use my card for MY room. My daughterâs room was canceled because her name wasnât on the card on file. Mind you I booked both rooms under MY name and I named my daughter as the guest in the second room. I got a phone call from the hotel telling me they canceled my second room because they overbooked and that the card on file didnât go through because the name didnât match. They said they had other room available and I told them to go ahead and change the room to my card on file. Problem solved right? Wrong!!! My daughter was going to check in an hour before me and I called to ask what she needed to check in and I was told that there was NO reservation for her and that I ONLY had 1 room. I was told that there was 1 room available but I was gonna be charged the hotelâs rate. It was already 10 PM and at this point I booked the room and charged my card. It was such a hassle because the staff didnât do their job correctly. After we got that situated and we checked in, our room had NO bathroom door and the handicap shower chair was at an angle and my husband almost slid off. I complained and all we got was âIâm sorry to hear that.â
First of all smoke alarm didn't work the shower head was out of the wall the bathtub had cracks in it people running up and down all night long no clean towels when I asked for him drug dealing going on prostitution there was bed bugs I feel I need a refund on my money because I tried to call the front desk didn't do no good it was just a terrible terrible stay I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog but I would like to get my money back for the three nights I stayed there for part of thank you
Check in and out very easy, staff tried hard to be accommodating. Doesnât seem like they have a crew for site maintenance. Trash overflowing, cigarette butts everywhere. Should have a no smoking wing instead of random rooms. Rooms very bare, linens were worn and tattered. The toilet, sink and shower were recently replaced which was a plus.
