We are used to staying in different hotels, but this one really stood out to us, unfortunately not in the best way. The service was very poor, with a complete lack of privacy due to catastrophic sound insulation that let in all imaginable noises, including those from the street. Our room was only prepared very late, around 3:30 p.m., and there were no towels available. The bathroom setup was also problematic, with the water heater located at the level of the shower cabin, exposing electrical wires, which was very dangerous: we did not take a shower. Furthermore, the room was extremely small and there was no breakfast included. We were very disappointed, and we wonder how this hotel could have obtained 4 stars, as the experience was more like that of a university dormitory.
