There was no hot water, and no toilet paper provided. It was far from hot springs and the hotel staff did not have any recommendations about things to do in the area.
Gute Staff, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Service. StraĂe zum Resort nicht ausgebaut, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen vor allem mit kleinen Kindern.
The place is a dump. Parking is outside not what theyâve said that there is a parking space. The road going to the hotel/resort is like going to the mountains- itâs so rough. The so called âsuperior roomâis a box room- literally. It can only fit a double bed and a small toilet, no room to even manuever and if there are 2 of you then u wonât be able to move. No room for luggage or personal belongings. Room is directly overlooking the pool which is a âpublicâ pool so not just for guests. We arrived at 11pm and the place is so noisy with people swimming and having karaoke. So if you wanted a quiet night thereâs no chance for that. We ended up not staying and just paid for it as itâs too late for a refund. The pictures are deceiving cause the rooms which are pretty and looks big would cost you 20,000 Filipino peso or ÂŁ284 per night.
From the moment we arrived I knew I'd made a terrible, costly mistake. The woman at the desk, ( Gleese? ) knew nothing about any reservations. I showed her all of my confirmation documents on my phone from you people. I then handed her my credit card and identification so she could verify that. She ran copies of both then started asking me what kind of room I wanted. I told her at least three times the room, for five guests, was reserved days ago and paid for all ready. She then hand wrote a new bill and slid it to me across the counter! Again I told her I'd made reservation online and had paid all ready! I think she finally realized I wasn't going to be scammed and gave up on her efforts. She lead us up two flights of stairs to a room with two twin beds and left us. She'd given us two towels, two shampoos and two bars of soap for five guests so I went back to collect more towels. She acted insulted that I wanted more towels! This lady knows nothing about the hospitality/service business. On the second day we were going out for most of the day so I dropped off the five used, wet towels and told her I'd pick up fresh ones upon our return. When we returned the family went up to our room while I went to collect our clean towels...again she handed me but two towels and I had to once again teach her to count all the way to five. EVERYTHING but the pool itself was a total disappointment! Quite frankly we wouldn't stay there again if the stay was free.
We arrive before midnight and technically hungry. The first choice was Jollibee delivery and mcdo Unfortunately both are not available for delivery no open Restorant near the hotel and the hotel only offer cup noodles and coffee from bending machine. If your looking for a little hideout for a cheap price this could be your choice.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were currently doing laundry of bed linens which I think were used during weekend. All the bed linens, towels and other hotel stuff were hanged beside the swimming pool area.
The manager was not there at the time we arrived, the Manager provided only 1 key for family room where in fact we paid two rooms. So we need to asked for another key to accommodate our relatives we reserved with another room.
In the morning when we were preparing to check out, the electricity was gone due to short circuit in one of the lamp post outside the resort. The resort do not have generator so we were obliged to take a bath downstairs because there were no water in the showers already in the second floor.
It was an overnight hassle for all of us. :-(
Pools were nice, Beds and AirCon were OK. No hot showers, narrow streets, difficult to drive in to, limited parking spaces. no Restaurant or Bar or breakfast.
