Oui, il y a 1 piscine couverte, 1 piscine en plein air (en saison) et 1 piscine pour enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 08 h 00 à 22 h 30 pour les clients.
We booked the room based off the pictures. There was no balcony. When we checked in they said that room was unavailable. If you donât have the same room displayed then you should not try to scam customers.
The bathroom was so dirty. There were flies in there. There is no soap or shampoo. No amenities except towelâs. This is such poor service for $206/night.
We stayed at the Double tree for $150/night and the service/quality was so much better. I would avoid coming here again at any cost.
Our one-night stay at the Vue was nice. The view of the upper dells was incredible and unmatched. The check-in process was stupidly complicated. The location was close to the old shopping area and we enjoyed our visit.
Not good or bad; it's a pretty average hotel bordering on motel in terms of condition. There are some updates needed like removing the asbestos popcorn ceiling, enlarging the bathroom so there is room to put a sink in the actual bathroom, and a TV service that actually shows you what is on the channels. The shower pressure needs to be greatly improved, and the shower head should be adjustable. The shower seems to be built for someone who is 8' tall. The room's mini fridge and microwave should be better maintained and/or replaced with newer models. The pool/whirlpool/sauna room is odd - it's very dark inside like a dimly lit lodge, which gave it a creepy vibe. There is only one elevator to accommodate 5 floors, so that wait can be long depending on the time of day. The wristlet with room key must be worn at all times while on the property and is uncomfortable and must be cut off for removal. There seemed to be so many rules on what to do/what not to do; it was overwhelming. For the price and comfort, I'd likely stay elsewhere when visiting the Dells again.
Relaxing getaway in The Dells. The unit was comfortable but could use some upgrades. We had a beautiful view of the Wisconsin River but it was spoiled by all the cobwebs and bugs on the picture window. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was tiny, though. And walls were thin so we could clearly hear our neighbors chatting early in the morning.
Check in had too many steps. They needed me to show that I had signed their waiver to use water attractions etc. This step should be automated in their system somehow so Iâm not digging through my emails holding up the line to prove it was done. Thatâs my biggest recommendation.
One minor complaint and not a big deal in the large scheme of things but I had to choose between $2 off a drink or 10% off our family meal within the hotel restaurant. Didnât realize at the time. A waitress with excellent customer service would have informed me of it and suggested the latter. I was mildly annoyed at the end of the meal to be told too bad. I hope that waitress also learned something about anticipating and informing clients.
In the positive column, the view was amazing and the fridge worked. In the negative column, the room was run down and smelled funny. It needed a good paint job. The sink was stained. The mattresses way too soft. There was no plug for the tub, so you couldn't take a bath. The carpet looked ancient and not very clean. There is no way I would recommend the place and I will not be going back.
Nice rooms, great views, quiet, close to activities. In our check in paperwork, it said Timbavati was free for guests of Natura, (VUE). Arrived at the location, girl at gate stated we needed a ticket from our hotel. Didn't want to drive back for that since it wasn't mentioned in the brochure. Paid for the entry which was kind of expensive.
The staff seems new and constantly have to ask another worker anytime a guest has a question. Also, they give you wristbands to use around the establishment which is inconvenient especially for the simple fact that someone like me has eczema on my wrist and its an irritation. The staff tried to argue that i need to put it on, no ifs ands or buts and i was disappointed in the customer service. Its also a tedious process to check in and on top of the that the rooms dont look exactly like the pictures, as there is enhancements in the photo from the real room. Wasnât happy and would never go back. Only thing is the balcony view that made it tolerable.
I was rather surprised by the overall attitude of the staff. I felt like a burden and not a guest. I was handed rules and told all the things not to do. I asked about coffee the first morning and was told we donât do continental breakfast and Starbucks will open at 730. Over all I will skip this place and stay somewhere else from now on.
