The best thing about the property was the views and location. I think a little more TLC and attention to details could be put into cleaning and maintaining the rooms. Not sure itâs worth the $160 a night.
The view of the lake was amazing from our room. I loved our room. however, the balcony was covered with spiders and spider webs. eek! Jacuzzi could have been better. drain stopper was broke and hair came out floating in the water. EEEEEK!
Stayed here with our two kids for the 4th of July and was pleasantly surprised when we walked in. It was bigger than we were expecting. Usually sofa sleepers arenât that comfortable, but this one was wasnât bad at all!
The provided toiletries were really nice and well thought out. Nice to have a keurig machine in the room for coffee.
Only thing to mention is to make sure the shower curtain is completely covering the wall because the water goes right under the bathroom door and into the main part of the condo, which is super slippery on the glazed concrete floors, but other than that it really was a nice stay!!
The room and location was so nice! My little one LOVED watching the boats on the lake. I had actually just spent a week in a terrible cabin rental in the Smoky's, so coming to this beautiful and clean room was a dream come true!
This resort is basically shut down during the winter. No working ice or vending machines. Never interacted with anyone from the property. The office was always closed. Transactions were completed via email.
We arrived after hours and found our room keys (we rented 2 rooms) in the mailbox as directed. Had trouble finding our rooms because it was dark and the room number was hard to locate and there is no hotel identification on the building. Stains on carpet and chairs were off putting but bed and bathroom were clean. Curtain rod falling off of wall in one room. TV had a zillion channels but needs a manual to operate.
Loved our condo! It was quiet and over looked Lake Douglas. The restaurant was within walking distance and had amazing food! If youâre looking for something on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge, The Point Resort is just what youâre looking for!
Very nice clean room.
Comfortable beds
Restaurant on site was fantastic
We would come back. Just far enough away from the crowd for enjoying the fall colors.
