I want to express my extreme disappointment with my stay at your hotel. In just two days since my arrival, I have encountered two significant issues that have marred my experience.
Firstly, I experienced a problem with room service, which was quite frustrating. However, the second incident was the last straw. Upon entering my room, I slipped and fell to the floor due to water leaking from the ceiling. I fell not once but twice, and my clothes, including my expensive €820 Loro Piana shoes, got soaked.
Although you relocated me to another room, the situation has only worsened.
Instead of offering an upgrade, such as a room with a sea view or access to a pool, I was placed in a room on the third floor, which is far from satisfactory. This has been an utterly disappointing experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.
I have paid a substantial sum of €2000 for my trip, and within just two days, I find myself thoroughly disillusioned with my stay. I expected much better from a hotel of your reputation.
