Puente Monumental De Arganzuela is a footbridge that features a unique spiral design made from curved steel plates over the walking platform. Photo opportunities are available from a distance and from within, though you should try to get both when you visit.
When you visit this bridge, you'll find it complete with interior lighting, so you can see easily enough even at night. The spiral design does still have openings to the sky, however, so it's easier to capture a more outdoorsy look despite the modern design. You'll find it crossing the Manzanares, about 2 miles south of the centre of the city.
