We stayed at the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill on July 2024.
The service was horrendous, when we checked in they asked us if we wanted housekeeping each day, which we said yes without hesitation.
The room was also far from clean, the carpet was full of hairs and of stains.
When we came back from our first day, exhausted, we were hoping to come to a clean room. At our surprise...it wasnt done. Could have been an honest mistake so we went to the service desk to ask again if we could have room service the next day. They said absolutely, they would add a note to our reservation, while apologizing and they gave us new towels and toilet paper.
On our second day, again exhausted, the room wasnt cleaned...although someone came in our room to only change the garbage bag.
Overall, we are very dissappointed with the hotel, the room, the service, the noise from the big hospital in construction right next to us. The windows clearly havent been cleaned up in years. The beds were unconfortable and not clean. There was no fan in the bathroom, wich was disgusting.
There was an accumulation of dust in the AC and on the walls. There was an accumulation of mold in the bathroom, probobly du to the no-fan situation.
