Was awful. Right after I checked in staff was videoing my sister as she brought her bags into the room. Then when we were eating dinner with some friends the office called and told me that I'm not allowed to have anyone in my room and only 2 people were allowed to stay the night. I had to take someone home so I left my sister and her husband at the hotel and I left. The next morning I'm woken up around 8am to a phone call asking how far I am from the hotel because the manager called the police on my sister and told her it's because she is not disabled but I had booked a handicap accessible room because I am a disabled veteran as is her husband. When I showed up and talked to the front desk, after the rest of my stay had been canceled, I talked to the manager and found out that he was upset because at midnight an elderly couple wanted to book a room and the husband was in a wheelchair. He said that we took the only room that they have available for people in wheelchairs. He kept saying that I wasn't disabled because I can walk around even though they scanned my military id when I checked in. So they caused us all the stress not just that morning but from the second we got there and checked in. Then cancelled the rest of our stay, didn't give us any extra time to pack our belongings, and refused to give us a full refund for causing us an inconvenience and unnecessary amount of stress. Completely unsatisfied with the few hours I was even on the property
