The hotel was perfect and the staff were helpful & friendly. It was a very clean and rooms were spacious. We went there due to a sport event being at the attached convention center. I would recommend staying- however if you are a light sleeper this may not be the best spot. They do give ear plugs due to the trains passing by.
I stayed in what can only be described as the noisiest room in the hotel. You could hear the elevator shaft 24 seven in this room the earplugs that were provided when I arrived in the room didnât help at all. It was horrible..
Our room wasn't ready until 4:15 which made it difficult to make our 5:00 dinner reservation. Our room was on the 14th floor and the traffic noise sounded like it was right outside our window and the trains going by during the night blew their horns for long periods when going by the property.
We attended a concert that was in the sane complex as the hotel. Made it convenient to walk to the concert from our room. Parking was convenient as well. We parked across the street in the parking garage.
We booked our room nearly 4 months in advance and paid for it. The Room we had booked was supposed to have a king bed, but thatâs not what we got. We called when we realized this they said there was nothing they could do because there was no more rooms with kings available.
