In the middle of the night, I got bitten by a bed bug. In the following minutes we seen 3 of them walking on the 2 beds. Whem ti the reception and all they did it give us another room with no help for the moving. The day after the new receptionist was mad at us because supposingly we did not tell her earlier!!! All we got it's excuses. Now the potential troubles are for us. THANKS TO YOU. I do not recommand this hotel.
Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice. Bar staff seemed annoyed that we asked for a drink. He was dismissive when I asked him a few questions about the area. So we left after our one drink. Continental breakfast had no coffee brewed or muffins ready. Waited about 20 minutes before someone came out with coffee. Only stayed one night. Price was right and it was very quiet which we liked. You get what you pay for here.
There is nothing paricularly good or bad about this place. it's a good value for Lowell. The rooms were a bit old, things seemed a bit dated in places. The location is great, right near downtown/ the canals.
Loved staying here! The location was perfect to anything in downtown. We were able to walk to all of our destinations. The front desk staff was so friendly, organized and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in lowell
I liked the fact that the hotrl was central anf the food at the bar was tasty. The room was clean, but the breakfast was a little disappointing. It was very basic.
