I booked a supior suit but the hotel did not have it available upon my arrival. The hotel claimed that I should not have booked the room through third party because it's not guaranteed even though the room was fully paid for. I got a substantard room and my family member had to sleep on the cold floor. I am looking to get a refund but too busy to figure out how to do that since hotel .come app is not very user friendly when it comes to filing complaints or requesting refund
