Be careful
We checked in on January 14. Front desk employee was very kind and welcoming. Upon checking into the room, we found the floors extremely dirty. The beds/frame slid all over the floor which made tons of crumbs and debris go all over. The TV remote didn’t work. And when turning it on manually, the channels said they were all unavailable. Pool seemed ok, but extremely outdated. Hot tub was there last time we stayed here, but gone this time.
The biggest issue was waking up in the night to use the bathroom. I came back to the bed to find multiple either roaches or juvenile bed bugs on the night stand. And upon getting into the bed, found one bed bug. I took pictures and let the front desk know first thing in the morning. The employee at the desk said her manager would be in soon. I came back later and the “manager” was apologetic, but unhelpful.
Didn’t offer any compensation. I tripled bagged our clothes, showered and left. They took my information down, but said they need to have maintenance expect the room in order to move forward. I was so grossed out.
I have stayed here 4 times. I’m not sure if it has new management or what, but this past experience was nothing like what I’ve had in the past. Very disappointing. I plan to call for an update soon.
