If you are traveling for work or a business owner booking for your employees, I recommend not booking here unless each person has $50 CASH to check into their rooms. We have been booking rooms for our employees for 2 years and have NEVER came across this. Our employee had to go to a different hotel, late at night, because he didn't have that much cash on him. Normally they put the deposit on the card. The kicker, they didn't refund our money for the hotel either.
I requested a No Smoking room and it smelt like smoke i was going to ask to change rooms but cause i carried my stuff up the stairs & was tired i did not.
We didnât stay. We were kicked off the property. The owner/manager refused to refund our cash deposit. We stayed at the hotel 15-20 minutes. The bathroom door didnât work either.
Gross gross gross Carpet in room was dirty and stinky. Beds were lumpy Upon check in with our dog we were told we had to pay $100 cash deposit There was just a handwritten initial on our receipt indicating this After seeing the condition of the room I called the front desk to let them know that there were stains in the carpeting prior to check in so we would not get charged I asked the staff members name so I would have it for my records and he hung up on me Would not recommend this hotel
Terrible service they wouldnt let me check in at all saying I was banned from their location Iâve never even been there before Iâve paid my money and they wonât give me a refund at all the people at the front desk are very rude
We prepaid for our room. The room smelled of heavy smoke, you can smell the smoke from the next room coming through the bathroom. The bed was soiled and the carpet was dingy smell (needs shampooed.). It was hard to breathe with AC on bad smells, we ended up opening the door to air out the room. Linen had cigarette burns on them. We went and bought bedding, cleaned and vacuumed the room. We were told pet friendly but they only accepted dogs only under 40lbs. We were charged an extra $10 on top of room and pet fee, because we showed them there was no pet policy online. We almost lost our money because we prepaid.
