This hotel is abandoned and had been for well over a year when Hotels.com allowed me to book a stay. Trust in Hotels.com is basically evaporated because they sent me and my family to a boarded up broken window property and then acted as if it wasnât really their fault.
We were rebooked and Hotels.com paid the difference but this was the very least they could do after they endangered my family.
everything was great walking distance to everything in the center of the city. the only thing the I don't like is the ask me for $150.00 deposit and take 8 days to refund my Money and thats is not cool other then that everything was awesome
Good and affordable place to stay in Downtown Sac.
My stay here was good.
The Staff were great
The Breakfast was good
The hotel itself is a bit dated, but seems to be under repair /renovation.
The location was about a half a block from the Governors Mansion and within walking distance of many food and entertainment options.
I would stay here again.
This hotel definitely needs a lot of attention and care. The room was dirty. Trash on the floor. Rusted hinges, stained caulk, cracked toilet tank and shower head/pipe loose and coming out of the wall with a big goop of caulk that did not help. WiFi doesnât work if your room is at the opposite end of the hotel so we had to move rooms. Breakfast is below average. This hotel needs to have the rooms updated, remodeled or the price should be cut in half so you pay for what you get.
Donât waste your money
The property was old and dated. I had booked two rooms. The one smelled like urine. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and immediately moved me into another room.
The beds were hard, and the next morning, the elevator was broken.
There were a lot of homeless all over the property.
This is an older hotel that shows its wear. There was a âchemicalâ odor in our room that gave us headaches. The front desk person was very nice and tried to find is a different room but it had an odor too. The staff was incredibly friendly but the property itself was very disappointing. There were no screens on the windows, which opened so we were unable to keep the windows open for too long.
