We stayed 2 nights and had no air Condtioning. We called the front desk the first night and he came up and looked at it. He told us it was not working and he would get us a different room. Hour went by and I called again and they said they would move us in the morning. The next morning came and called the front desk again, the last up front had no notes saying they were gonna move us. So she said she would get us moved in the afternoon and that she would text me when the new room is ready. We went all day with no text or call. So we had yet another night with no air conditioning. We left early due to the terrible service. We paid a lot of money to stay at a luxury resort but it was not worth it. We would like are money back or a refund of some sort.
