Really amazing customer service. Chandler especially was really helpful but all of the staff went above and beyond to make stay feel special and made me feel like a valued customer
Our first night, while siiting on the bed , my daughter felt a lump on the bed which turned out to be someone's chewing tobacco. I'll pulled backed the sheets on my bed and found "body fluid" stains on the sheets. They obviously were never changed. This is after we paid double the usual rate for the room. The next night we met a guest at the desk who reported that she discovered a brown substance smeared on her sheets. Those also had never been changed. I noticed there are no sheets on the housekeeping cart. So, it's not their practice to change sheets. This is disgusting!! I chose a Hilton brand hotel because I thought I wouldnt have to worry about basic cleanliness.
Its a very nice hotel,love that it is close too all the sports stadiums and restaurants. They could have had more softer towels and their pillows were lacking support. Pool is nice for kids , its a lil small . But besides everything I would stay there again for sure.
Need to be sure to read the description!! Did not know we would have to pay for parking and surely did not know that you have to request housekeeping for them to come and clean your room and give you fresh towels!!! I have also never been to a hotel to where you had to pay extra for breakfast! I am happy about that at all! Probably will never stay at a Hilton ever again!!!
I chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because Iâve always enjoyed my experience there. However, I was disappointed to learn that I was required to pay an additional parking fee. I feel this charge is unreasonable, as there are no alternative parking options available to guests â essentially leaving no choice but to pay. Had I been made aware of this fee in advance, I may have considered other accommodations.
