The room was great, location was central to what I needed but finding the hotel from the parking area was slightly confusing as was check out. There are no physical instructions for anything so itâs slightly annoying. Now that I have done it, everything is crystal clear.
Itâs a very aesthetically pleasing hotel to stay in. It was clean except there were stain in one of the sofas as well as some hairs. If you are traveling with your family, it is not ideal as thereâs no door for private shower. Thereâs no elevator so if you are coming with luggages, be prepared. Thereâs no front desk but they do respond to your phone calls and texts pretty promptly. I had requested for 3 guests- no extra blankets for the 3rd person. If you want early check in (1 pm instead of 4 pm), it is $60 upon checking in. If you donât want to street park and want to use their parking lot, it is $50/day. Also thereâs no direct ways to get to the hotel for the parking lot. You have to either go around the building to front or through their cafe/restaurant to go upstairs. If you are okay with extra fees as well as some inconvenience and looking for aesthetically pleasing space- do book.
Artistic spaces and a lovely vibe. The restaurant wasnât open when I stayed and I wish I had known guests cannot make use of outside spaces during the stay.
Beautiful, unique room. But several things did not work properly like TV remotes and the steamer but there is no staff to get any help at all. You are completely on your own for any issues.
A quiet, cool part of DTLA attached to a great bar/resto and near some of LAs best restos, pizza and dive bars. My room was GORGEOUS. Bed super comfortable, loved the open shower, windows, and open concept in general. Plush towels and yummy toiletries, too. Will for sure be back.
It was very quiet and the ambiance was peaceful for a solo getaway. I do wish the property had more security as non guests can easily access the âlobbyâ.
