The lack of available handicap parking created a problem for us. All weekend, we never saw an available spot. While attempting to enter your shuttle, the height was too much, and I fell on my knee with a knee replacement, and have a major bruise on the other leg. It's been over a week, and I'm still in a great deal of pain, and am waiting for the x-ray results. The driver was very personable and attentive to our needs, and went beyond what was expected. With the loss of parking with your new waterpark, I suggest that you increase the handicap parking significantly.
