I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at
Breathless Resort. This was my first experience at one of your properties, and unfortunately, it will be my last due to the numerous issues I encountered.
To start, I had requested a birthday design for my room upon arrival, but this was not provided until the very last day, which completely defeated the purpose of the celebration. Additionally, the water from both the shower and sink smelled like sewer water, and the entire room had a foul odor that forced us to leave the patio door open just to make it bearable.
Despite reporting these issues via phone and the app, no one from maintenance ever came to address them. The sheets in our room were dirty, and even after requesting housekeeping through the app for Saturday, no one showed up to clean the room. On top of that, the cabinets were damaged, and the countertops were broken and damaged in multiple spots, which was unacceptable for the price I paid for this resort.
The lack of service extended to dining as well. We ordered breakfast at 10:45 a.m., yet it was not delivered until 1:40 p.m. Waiting nearly three hours for a meal is completely unacceptable and added to my overall frustration with the stay.
Given all of these issues—none of which were adequately addressed despite my efforts to voice concerns during my stay—I feel that the experience was not worth it
