Hôtel idéalement situé à 2 pas du métro et du centre de Londres. Le personnel est au petit soin! Gentil, souriant, toujours à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner est parfait ainsi que le service. Le rooftop est agréable et les chambres sont calmes (nous étions côté rue et n’avons rien entendu: l’insonorisation est parfaite). À refaire sans hésitation !

Lovely hotel,very friendly staff.Only had breakfast so don’t know about main meals etc.They have a fantastic rooftop bar were you can sit inside or outside,outside you have a great view of the city.Great location and I’d definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the just recently renovated Imperial and it was excellent. Hotel felt luxurious and chic. Rooms were spacious, hotel was quiet, and location was central, well connected, and overall excellent. Will absolutely stay here agin for my next trip to London.

Fantastic location, really close to Russell Square station on the Piccadilly line as well as several bus stops. The staff are so polite and helpful. They all made our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, modern and well maintained. The breakfast is really good and worth adding on.
