The hotel was clean, but the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillow. The rooms are very tiny. There is a ballpark directly behind the hotel and the loudspeaker woke us up every morning around 7:30 am.
The room was nice and clean. Very quiet where we were at. The breakfast was amazing. They offered waffles and pancakes and other hot food as well. The staff was friendly and polite.
Great basic stay. We got the room that is handicap accesible and it was great. The only drawback is no microwave available in the hotel rooms. Breakfast was decent! Pancake and waffle maker.
This hotel had a very icky feel. Rooms had tons of metal furniture/tables. Had to hang my clothes on wall hooks. Did not ever want to be in my room. It was not welcoming and comfortable. The couches and chairs in the lobby were scratchy and uncomfortable. The staff was in no rush to make you feel welcome nor did they notify me when I had a packaged delivered. Stay anywhere but this place. It felt like a college dorm
With the cheesy colors and cheap furniture
Tru in Pigeon Forge is our go-to spot when not using a cabin. As usual Tru was spot on and did a great job. There are spots throughout the hotel where it's starting to show its wear and tear but there are a lot of people who go through there every day overall this is a great location.
Amazing! Location is perfect and close to all of the main attraction's. Great hotel for families with children. Bright and colorful Lobby. Very inviting for children of all ages.
