I booked through Expedia and when I arrived the room I booked was given to someone else, they never mentioned anything about my dog, until after my stay was over then charged me a pet fee, had they discussed the pet fee they would have known it is a service dog(I have my documents). They also wouldnât give me a refund for the difference of price in rooms! Not to mention I was ate up by something while sleeping in the bed!! I reached out twice and was told itâs not their responsibility to ask about the pet, I am aware of that, but it is their responsibility to disclose all charges at check in!!! Never going again!
The first night was uncomfortable due to the AC UNIT in the separate king room not working but the next day they quickly moved us to another room where it made a big difference the next 2 nights of our stay were great..Will Definitely be staying here again !!!!
I always try to stay at H2S when Iâm out of town. When I reserved a reservation I booked it for Friday - Saturday (7-8) but meant to reserve for (6-7). The lady at the desk said it was fine and that she would give me the $129 price which was $289 roughly for 2 rooms / 1 night. But I didnât notice until I was on my way back home that she charged me the other nights price of $289 which was over $500 for 2 rooms / 1 night. I was just disappointed she didnât honor the price for the night I was needing & I thought she did like she said she would.
We never have a problem here they are so amazing , breakfast was amazing. You can literally walk to restaurants . It was an overall amazing stay , and we will be back.
