I knew this would be small, but I expected towels for five people. I would expect that to include hand towels and wash cloths, as well as somewhere to hang them in the bathroom (not to mention a washable mat for gettingout of the shower). We received one crappy bath towel each. There were absolutely no kithen linens whatsoever. How is one to clean up afterwards if you prepare food of any kind? I also didn't notice anything to use when taking something hot out of the oven. Why have a kitchen that is minimally usable? It took us a while to figure out how to turn the fridge on. We bever located the light switches for the living area, so the lights were on the entire time. Overall, there is a lot of storage for an extended stay. A few hooks for towels and providing kitchen linens would go a long way. But there were other issues. TRASH. Why not provide additional bags? Toilet paper? We were given two half used rolls (5 people for an 8 night stay), the elevator worked when we arrived, but the last few days it wasn't on, and the cleanliness of the whole building is questionable (the stairwell was downright disgusting). One of the windows in a bedroom wouldn't latch all the way and the noise from the street all night is a bit much, even for heavy sleepers. I would not recommend this place. It looks cheery and comfortable in the pictures, but I promise you, you will be disappointed if you book with them. Also, if you try to call them, even during stated business hours, good luck.
