Great location and very charming hotel.
Nice staff. Clean room.
Our twin bedroom was nicely decorated but ridiculously small, barely 2 feet to move around. I did see larger rooms though, so make sure you select room type according to your expectations when booking.
Bathroom looked nice and very clean but was so small that it was difficult to get in and out of shower; you might want to inquire about larger bathroom if you have mobility issue.
Toilet did not work and it took 2 days to get it fixed; staff was helpful with the issue though.
Breakfast is okay and convenient but a little expensive; there is a Pret A Manger just a couple of blocks away which might be cheaper.
Overall a good hotel and would book again, but would ask for a different room.
