Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was in her car and not wearing a uniform, which did not inspire confidence. Once inside, the hotel had an unpleasant odor throughout. The refrigerator had a large brown stain on the front, and the overall cleanliness was poor. We found crumbs and debris on the floor. Even considering the low price, the condition of the property was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.
Dirty. My key didnt work the 2nd day, my partner asked for a new one (my name was on the account) they didnt ask for ID or verification of anything! He just said the room number and they gave him access! Meaning ANYONE could have just been given free access to my room!!!
Not to mention how absolutely disgusting the place was. No mattress covers, stains on the beds, the fridge was covered in some kind of oil and oil was leaking on the inside. The stove top looked like it had been through a fire.
Will never consider staying at an extended stay again. What as waste of $200.
mattress, linen, and showers need to be re done. ended up getting up and leaving earlier in the AM because it was very uncomfortable as well as the shower (which was too nasty to use) we just left and showered once our business was concluded that evening at another hotel.
First room that I got, the A/C was not working. Front desk was nice enough to change that room to another one. Later at night I found that the shower was not working and I didn't feel like changing again. Some of the lights in the room/bath room were not working. In the bathroom, they're using a table lamb.
Overall, the facility was in a very back condition * very disappointing.
Booked this hotel as a place to lay our head at night as we were in the area for family in the hospital. Booking online was easy but once I arrived at the hotel they claimed they had no rooms available. She told me that they did have two rooms but one had a stopped up toilet and the other one had no air conditioning but she would try and find me something. We were exhausted and just needed a place to sleep.
The check-in was horrendous. We had to wait over 2 hours for a room. We were exhausted as we traveled over 2 hours to get to the room. Once we finally got a room, we had to hurry and get ready for the event we were in town for. Other than that it was a nice stay.
Supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like a smoking room with cigarette burns all over the bathroom. Carpet was badly stained. It was so nasty. I was just hoping no bed bugs would come out. Asked front desk for a different room cause of how badly it smelled of cigarette smoke but was told they didnât have another room. I just got a picture of the carpet. Will post it.
I was looking for an affordable no-frills extended stay hotel while in town for a tattoo appointment. I'm low maintenance and adaptable so my experience was generally fine, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. They were having housekeeping issues so they couldn't guarantee my room would be ready on time, there were no dishes available to use in the in-room kitchen (despite having a sign on the kitchen counter saying there were), the water pressure for the shower was very weak, and the carpet was stained and had a damp spot by the bed when I first arrived. I felt safe and the room generally met my needs, and it was inexpensive so I can't really complain - just keep your expectations low.
The sink had hair in. Black mold on bathroom wall. Drug activity outside in the parking over priced asked for a refund was told no I didn't even stay in the room the pictures on the website are fake
I did not check in coz my daughter developed a problem on Saturday and her surgery was postponed then on Sunday her oxgen levels went very low had to be rushed to cook children's emergency room and then to ICU until friday night when she was transferred to the ward where we are upto now.
